Michael was a pleasure to work with! I was privileged to mentor him in his first technical writing position at Transtoll and found him to be very approachable, personable, flexible and organised. Michael is an extremely talented technical writer and who posses excellent interviewing and communication skills and always remains focused under pressure. At Transtoll he leveraged the knowledge and experience of his mentors and managers to rapidly extend and enhance his skillset. Thanks to his approachable nature, he always built strong working relationships with his peers and managers and was a valued contributor for software development, testing and project management activities. We have remained in professional contact throughout the years and I am very pleased to note that his hard work, professional work ethic and writing talent have afforded him the success he deserves. I fully endorse Michael's skills as both a writer and a team leader and would welcome the opportunity to work with him again at any time.
