  In 2016 i was appointed the Retail Store Manager for Connollys Red Mills Flagship Country Store in Kilkenny City . This project included design & concept of 10,000sq ft of retail floor space to include nine individual departments with an additional 10,000 sq ft of warehouse space. My responsibilities include recruitment and training staff, planning official opening event programme and implimentation of KPIs and targets relevant to our business while ensuring excellence in store standards and customer service is achieved.
