PES Technologies is a UK based Ag-tech company. PES has developed a unique technology for measurement of Soil Health. This is done in field with results available after 5 minutes. Normal testing is laboratory based and can take up to a month and costs significantly more than the PES test. I am an investor and act as a board advisor. I have taken on the role of Interim Head of Commercial to oversee paid trials and boost relationships with potential customers and partners to gain commercial traction before the full launch in the spring of 2024 Show less

I managed half of an $80m project managing 14,000 Ha of a wheat, maize and sunflower farming operation in the southern half of Romania. This was a joint project between the Romanian government and Transag finance cooperation based in Miami Fl. In addition to the crop management and overseeing up to 350 employees, I was responsible for establishing reporting and control procedures and adhering to cash flow budgets.
