I worked as a security head guard with Securitas, at a client's location for the past three years now. I was located at the reception, working hand in hand with the receptionist. While as a head guard, i carried out the following responsibilities: *controlling access into the office by issuing badges to visitors,contractor and staffs without a staff ID. *supervising the security guards and cleaners under my control. *Escorting all contractors and technicians who came to the office to carry out an activity. *Relieving the receptionist during breaks,training sessions and vacations. In effect, i gained a very good experience on reception duties since i was working directly with the receptionist and also independently during vacation periods of the receptionist since i was a reliever.
