Road Improvement Works In Doha Site / Project Engineer, Roads & Infrastructures-( July 2017 – Present) • Over all In-charge of works in site like excavation of earth works,casting of manholes, fixing of gullies, Laying of sub-base, asphalt and wearing course, fixing of kerbstone and paving concrete blocks. Erection of Lighting poles, Fixing of signages and painting of road markings • Ensure that all IR’s (Inspection Request) are in place with the proper documentation and/or approved shop drawing attachments for the proposed to be inspected areas of construction activities. • Responsible for issuing a daily program of intended site activities to the foreman ensuring that all target outputs are achieved; • Ensure the direct proper implementation of the work, materials used as per approved drawings, specification work requirements and carried out in accordance with the approved Method Statement; • Responsible for liaising with the Consultants personnel for carrying out the inspection of the works in the time and date stipulated in the request. • Responsible for monitoring all aspects of construction work in progress, to ensure compliance with the approved Method Statement and Inspection & Test Plan. • Coordinate with the safety officer to ensure that the works are carried out in a safe working practice. • resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise; • overseeing QA/QC and health and safety matters on site; • day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors; • Responsible for HSE on site during the execution of the site activities; • day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site work force, materials needed and machineries and the work of any subcontractors;

Project Undertaken: Construction of Bong-ao and Sibahay Bridges, Surigao del Sur • General supervision for the project to see thet the project is carried out in accordance with the plans and specifications; • Ensure that that all the staff are properly interpreting the approved plans and specifications; • Ensure that the contractor must strictly comply with the requirements of the plans and specifications; • Supervision of the works of the Staff; • Confers with project staff to provide technical advice and to resolve problems; provides the necessary leadership and management support to enhance the efforts of project staff; • Provides periodic reports and project updates regarding the accomplishment of the project; • Confers regularly with the contractor’s representatives; • Keep all records and prepares report,certificates,progress estimates and correspondence; • Confers with the representative of Government Agencies,Inhabitants,and Property Owners,representative of public utilities and other interested citizens affected by the project or contractor’s operations. • To check the quality of work as per contractual agreements of the contract,specification and according to DPWH standards/client circular. • Responsible on actual inspection during contractor’s project operation to ensure that the construction methods and standards are being applied. • Render Technical supports and give advice to the contractor needed for efficient and easy implementation of the Project.
