I highly recommend Michael Dusoe as an outstanding and valued member of the Massachusetts State Police. Michael and I met in January of 1972 while attending the Massachusetts State Police Academy. Mike excelled in every facet of our training and graduated high in our class. We were sworn in as Troopers in April of that year and were both assigned to the same barracks for our break in period. Early in his career he chose a path to the Bureau of investigate services. He conducted all types of investigations including homicides and spent a great deal of time undercover which is truly a dangerous occupation. To make it to BIS with such a short amount of time on the job is an outstanding testament to his abilities and the impression he made on commanding officers. Michael left the MSP to pursue another career. I am proud to have served in the MSP with Trooper Michael Dusoe. Sgt. ES Sterling (ret) Massachusetts State Police

Dr. Michael Dusoe is far and away the best resource that I have ever come in contact with in the field of Mental Health, and specifically Chemical Dependency. Cirque Lodge and myself as well, owe a great deal of our success to the counsel and mentorship that Mike has provided. I would highly recommend Michael whether it was a clinical issue, an administrative issue or an organizational issue. He has the unique quality of being able to distill a problem down to it's basic issues no matter how complicated it appears, and propose solutions that are pragmatic and feasible.
