Mike has been one of the best managers I've reported to. He made me work harder than I realized I was capable of doing and at the same time I actually really enjoyed what I was doing. Mike is also a very fun person to be around. He's got a great sense of leadership and what is wrong/right. I always felt like he had my back and even though sometime he wasn't physically there with me, he was always in constant communication with me even when it was 3am and I was working on some hardware issue at the data center. I would highly recommend Mike. He'll give you 110% and foster a collaborate environment which enables cooperation between team members to get the job done right and in timely manner.
