That means mental health affects every conference call, every meeting, and every team. Mind Share Partners (https://www.mindsharepartners.org) is a nonprofit that is changing the culture of workplace mental health so that both employees and organizations can thrive. We do this through movement-building, professional communities, as well as workplace trainings and strategic advising. I focus on impact-focused advising for companies and leaders on how to create a culture of support for mental health in the workplace, including leading Mind Share Partners’ workplace training, advising, and strategic projects.
