  In November 2011, I became a member of the Court of Assistants, which is the body that governs the work and activities of the Company. In November 2020 I became Master of the Company, serving in that position until November 2021. I then served as Deputy Master until November 2022. Stained Glass Repository

  With effect from 1 December 2011, the Repository became part of The Glaziers' Foundation, a registered charity and company limited by guarantee set up by the Worshipful Company of Glaziers & Painters of Glass. The Repository preserves stained glass by rescuing it from threatened situations, and donating it to institutions where it can be displayed and continue to be appreciated by the general public. I served as Secretary of the Repository Committee from 2007 to 2019. Through its work the club supports young, old, and disadvantaged people in the local community in many different ways, and is also involved with national and international projects. My particular role has been to liaise with local schools and introduce initiatives which support them by running events, and promoting and recognising the achievements of students. From 2017 to 2019 I held the post of Speaker Secretary. The Rotary Club of Caterham is part of the worldwide Rotary network.
