Project Manager Store Relocation January 2006 Dan Murphy's – Frankston, VIC • In 2006 I prepared and executed a project to relocate the store’s inventory to a new location. • This required 30 days of extensive pre event preparations. • I then lead a team of 30+ managers in relocating the entire store in one single overnight shift. • This was a great success with the original premise closing at 4pm Sunday night and the new premise opening 9am Monday morning.
