This was my first job out of college. I worked in the Temperature Metrology Group for 1.5 years, and the Calorimetry Group for 1.5 years. In the Temperature Metrology Group I ran a lab that calibrated platinum resistance thermometers (PRTs), thermocouples, pyrometers, and LiG thermometers. As a member of the Calorimetry Group I helped design calorimeters for use in measuring heat produced by radioactive samples. This was my first job out of college.
