I was responsible for writing the Standardize Work for every position in the plant, Working with engineers on new layouts in the plants and machine moves, recording cycle times, updating team boards, recording the OA(operational avalability) and FTQ (First time quality), i was to enforce the 5s rules and set the standard for 5s in the plant, and i was production support, which means if they was short handed either of oporaters or leads i was to report to the floor and fill those positions. Most of the time i was either focusing on my work or getting called to the floor to help the supervisors and lead of the line trouble shoot the machines and help maintance with fixes that the lead didnt know how to fix. I was a Night time janitor for Muncie Southside High School/ Middle Schools. We had a set area every night that we would have to clean and maintain. My area was the industrial tech, art, sci and social studies hallways. This was roughly 19 classrooms, 4 bathrooms, Four set of stairs, and five hallway floors. This area would have to be swept, mopped, cleaned carpets, maintained floors (waxing), and trash removal every night. I was a Night time janitor for Muncie Southside High School/ Middle Schools.
