I managed a faculty department of 6 staff and 3 technicians across three separate subject disciplines within Technology. We offered courses from year 7 through to GCSE and A Level in seven assessment areas. In addition we offered a large extra-curricular program including 'Engineering Clubs', 'Greenpower - car challenge' and VEX IQ Robotics. The department produced exceptional academic results. In particular Electronics GCSE had a 98% A*/A grade pass rate over the past 10 years and at A-Level a A*/A grade 100% pass rate! Show less
