      After completing the opening of The Nomad, I was transferred to The Line, their sister hotel, to open Openaire. Openaire was a new restaurant being opened by famed 2 michelin star chef Josiah Citrin. With this being my second restaurant opening in a year I was made a lead server and helped with the setup and flow of the restaurant as well as maximizing efficiency.
