I serve a Consultancy role, which includes conducting pre-deployment/migration studies and propose best practice approaches for projects through the Asia Pacific Region. In addition, I also perform performance tuning studies for customers and recommend approaches to either solve or improve their performance issues. On the Management side, my current responsibilities include assisting the Delivery Manager in drafting out the Scope of the Statement of Work for customers. This includes scheduling and planning aspects of the Project and the mapping of project tasks and timelines that will be carried out for each engagement.
