    • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
      • Aug 1989 - Present

As a psychotherapist for the last 34 years, I have particular interests in doing couples therapy and working with men who are depressed. I also see individuals with a wide range of life difficulties including depression, anxiety, work related problems, existential and life meaning questions, marriage difficulty (particularly involving extra-marital affairs) divorce issues, parenting issues, and communication issues. One of my favorite modalities is group psychotherapy (I facilitate 3 different therapy groups - a mixed gendered process oriented group and two psychotherapy groups for men). I was trained in Symbolic-Experiential Psychotherapy at the Atlanta Psychiatric Clinic in Atlanta. I also provide supervision for young therapists who are obtaining their supervision hours for licensure as well as more seasoned therapists who are interested in growing their practices by becoming better therapists, by providing both individual supervision as well as group supervision (3 different groups for different levels of experience). I enjoy working with people from all socio-economic levels and diverse backgrounds.
