Recruited to turn around the troubled Telecom group in the Cleveland office. Brought Airtouch (nee Verizon) account from previous employ and stabilized the faltering client relationship with AT&T Wireless. Grew the practice from a single client and $700K in annual revenue to $3 million in annual revenue and all six carriers in Northeast Ohio in just over two years. Then was asked to take over the failing architectural group in 1999 and returned it to profitability in one year. Managed a group of 33 architects and interior designers, working on projects in the Institutional, Higher Ed, K-12 and Commercial market sectors.
