I have known Michael for many years. We worked together at Retriever back in it's hay day when the company was only a few thousand merchants. Michael has excellent connections and is really focused on training new sales reps. He has a strong operations background in addition to his sales training, so he has a unique view to helping a sales person grow and mature their business. He is very easy going and intelligent so he is easy to work with. I am very excited that he started his own ISO. It's great seeing someone you practically grew up career-wise turn into such a fine business owner!
