Responsibilities and experiences include - 1. Assist project managers in bidding potential new work. Manage bid contact lists, contact contractors, distribute project documents, perform quantity takeoff, review project documents, review contractor bids for accuracy, assemble estimate file, provide pre-bid cost of work budgets, build relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
