      Logistical Aspects – Track daily plug and abandon project costs, Permanent Abandonment including removals and compare them to allocated for expenditure budgets, maintain rental equipment inventory, expedite material and equipment ordering and transportation, facilitate telephone and radio communication as dictated by the company representative, organize and maintain accurate rig files, ensure regulatory paperwork (APM, RPM, job procedures and before and after well bore schematics) is properly recorded and forwarded to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) and the Louisiana Office of Conservation (OOC). Effectively communicate with customer and third party companies, process and forward purchase invoices, service tickets, and equipment rental invoices, participate in daily safety meetings, and maintain record of Personnel on Board. Transportation Aspects - Helicopter and marine dispatcher. Coordinate with the pilot/captain on all field moves including landing/take off and loading/unloading. Classify cargo by urgency (for example, hot or next available). Determine if cargo is hazardous and ship according to requirements, prepare bill of laden for all hazardous materials. Prepare accurate shipping manifests, supervise loading/unloading of boats/helicopters, and coordinate flights/shipments to the shorebase or outside the normal field area with the shorebase dispatcher. Monitor radio transactions for field helicopter/vessel activity. Obtain accurate weights of passengers/cargo to ensure helicopter/vessel weight and center of gravity limitations are not exceeded. Monitor weather conditions as needed. Maintain hurricane evacuation plans and procedures as per customer requirement.Accomplishments- Was a part of “Project Big Lift” for Stone Energy on LB Robert received the NOIA safety in the Seas award in 2012.
