It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Michael. I worked with Michael over several years and in that time he was regularly cited as a role model Project Director both by clients and colleagues. Reliability seems a poor word to describe someone on whom you could always completely depend not just to get the job done, but to get it done to an exceptionally high standard.

My roles at RSA were as Project and then Programme Manager, on what began as a 6 month contract and then resulted in an 18 month commitment. I worked on a global internal change programme that occurred as a result of a S166 notice issued to RSA by the PRA. During the first 16 months I was responsible for driving deliveries from 5 of the 8 programme work streams and then my role changed to take over running the final stages of the programme by overseeing the 2 month long review by PWC on behalf of the PRA. The following 6 months were spent on a new contract running a project for the Commercial Claims part of the UK business, launching a new way of handling large loss claims by creating the necessary tools, training the handlers and generating the associated MI for the business leaders.
