  A huge part of my role is devising ideas for new products or modifications to existing site equipment that can help make the workplace safer and more efficient. I am responsible for our product range from concept to prototype and through to full production of the tested and certified finished item. Essentially, our products are about making life better for people; from the labourer on-site, through to the health & safety manager responsible for preventing accidents and the operations director responsible for productivity. Consequently, working with stakeholders at all levels is another important element of my role to ensure our product development meets a genuine need and improves on standard practice across a wide range of sectors, including construction manufacturing, engineering, agriculture and education.
