For us to access growth, trends in the market what packs size are growing and what are decline. - Find out or keep monitoring for substitution packaging such as cartoon, flexible packaging, etc. - Have a good negotiation skill to reach maximum price to customers and maximum profit to company. - Forecasting sales for Management guidance to buy material and planning the production by coordinating with factory/production. - Learning all aspect of printing. - Follow up payments from customers. - Being ambassadors for the company. - Handle complaints from customer, report immediately to Management and coordinating internally for solution.
