Established unique position as digital leaders in the multicultural advertising segment receiving award for Best Multicultural Campaign of the Year. Grew business from 2 to 14 clients within three year period creating $1.5M in revenue and additional revenue for GlobalHue. Primary lead for managing of all project plans, work and communication between Energi and Agency partners including digital strategy deployment, ongoing communication, problem resolution, finance management and resource management support. Executed from conception to final reporting OLA campaigns consisting of Flash and Rich Media banners, websites, mobile, eCRM projects, and direct mail. Notable results include Navy micro-website development garnering 21 Navy officer contracts, accelerated travel bookings by 47% for Bermuda Department of Tourism and Jet Blue, producing an African-American targeted website for Walmart and building a partnership with Ancestry.com that increased African-American perceptions by 20%, outperforming Target, McDonald’s and Allstate during Black History Month, and award winning flash banner campaign for 2010 Census. Development of templates, process and vendor management support system to execute work for both offices. Architected GlobalHue’s intranet website leading to higher social engagement, team building and productivity across office teams.
