I was recently promoted to this position after 1.5 years in the Operations Coordinator role. I am responsible for professionally representing the company with employees, clients and potential clients, supervision of employees, as well as sharing ‘on-call management’ duties. I have proven abilities to: work well under pressure, be flexible, versatile and a ‘team player’. I am able to manage multiple priorities and duties on a timely basis and have strong critical thinking and organizational skills. I am a dedicated, hard-working and conscientious employee. I am able to prioritize a heavy workload for optimal customer service in a position that requires attention to detail and accuracy in a fast paced work environment. Some other responsibilities in the position include:Managing Alberta Branch sites Ensure all sites meet the Employment Standards of Alberta for suitable work conditions. Ensure all site specific requirements are met before guards are mobilized to site, i.e. security licenses, driver licenses, drug tests, specific training requirements, etc. Arrange pay rates according to bill rates and wage ratios. Monitor the training progress and post/site specific knowledge of each guard on site.

I am directly responsible for managing billable and non-billable overtime hours. I have reduced the Branch NBOT from an average of about 2.18% for the 2014 calendar year to an average of 0.86% thus far in the 2015 calendar year.
