When we started shopping for a new home, Mike listened carefully to us, and took us to homes that met our specifications. We found one, which met our requirements, as we had delineated. The franchise of Prudential Real Estate was purchased by Berkshire Hathaway HS, and as of December 2013, we are now Berkshire Hathaway HS | Ambassador Real Estate. Through the BHHS Real Estate systems, we are able to bring more exposure and offer more solutions than any other real estate company in Omaha! In addition to substantial residential sales annually, I have the honor of starting up a formal commercial division with the company, and am currently the Manager of the Commercial Division within this company.The Commercial Division is growing both in active agents and in transactions completed. I am client-centric, so I follow my client needs. From owner/user business owners to investors looking to sell and buy commercial real estate, my experience includes retail, industrial, office, and multi-family listings and sales. After 15-years, sold off the insurance business, and continued to grow the real estate.
