Bio
Chad Meiners
Mike is wonderful to work for. He has the rare talent to see both the forest and trees while running a project and starting new projects, which results in well planed and friction-less project execution. Mike's loyalty and honestly to the people who work with him is exceptional. He never hesitated to provide me with the career advice that was in my best interest, and he sincerely provides the support to enable non-traditional solutions succeed. Mike's integrity is solid. He embodies the finest qualities of a trusted adviser: selflessness, honesty, and ingenuity.

Dr. Beynon is probably the smartest person I have ever encountered. His impressive technical knowledge merely adds to his already high native intelligence. He is also one of the best technical leaders I have ever worked with. He listens to his people, no matter how unclear or foolish they may seem, He is very patient, and he has the ability to think "outside the box" and can help others do the same if they allow him to. Most importantly, he is intelligent enough to know what he doesn't know, and in those situations he surrounds himself with people who can educate him. This is really a rare trait in technical leaders in general and at LL in particular. His education is short- lived, though, because he is a fast learner. I consider Michael Beynon to be the best, most effective person I have ever worked with. He is not only one of the brightest technically, but he has excellent people skills and, in general, he is a very good human being.
