I was assigned as Michaels Sourcer since my first week at LinkedIn. There are many things that need to be taken into consideration for a successful partnership and Michael has it all. He is willing to share his knowledge, coaching, positive outlook, determination and all around so trusting. I knew that if I found a candidate for the job, Michael would roll out the red carpet and make sure they were 100% prepped and understood the entire process. He took great care of his candidates but also his teammates. He helped me reach my hiring goals on numerous occasions and made it look so effortlessly! If I could have the opportunity to work with him again, I'd take it in a heart beat. Any team would be so lucky to have such a valuable member on their team!
