I have personally managed as well as worked along side Mike on construction and decommissioning projects. Mike was a technician when we started working together but quickly advanced into one of my core supervisors during the decommissioning project. He was one of the few I could rely on during critical operations, to thoroughly train lower level technicians, and to perform the job safely and in a timely manner. I would gladly work with Mike again and recommend him for ROV operations.

I have personally worked above Mike in a senior position when he first started in the ROV field; he immediately showed the desire and ambition to learn the ROV system and operations. He shows an excellent work ethic and conducts good relations with clients. He fulfills the supervisor role well and shows leadership while directing his crew. He shows great team work and leads a crew from the front, not the rear. He is a very good operator and can handle any operation that is given to him. He properly conducts all safety and company paperwork. He also shows great patience with his crew during operations, troubleshooting, and down-time situations. When needed, he strives to constantly pass on knowledge and teach junior personnel.
