Acting as an Interim FD to co-ordinate the VDD, IM and MBO, producing the Management model used for the forecasts and to ultimately value the business. Carried out a comprehensive review of the Group’s Management Information systems, implementing new monthly reporting frameworks for both financial data and key operational metrics, enabling senior Management to make more informed strategic decisions. Expectation formulation on future economic (HPI, inflation, interest rates etc.) and loan level data (unemployment, repayment status, credit rating, LTV ratios etc.) to generate default and loss forecasts for the corresponding bond assets.
