Daily grind consists of everything Server related and more, bringing together 30 years of top notch senior level technical experience and support. Working for a company which insisted on close to 10 interviews with every level of IT staff. I am loving the new job, making great money and benefits that are 2nd to none. Working with a company that has been hired to upgrade Windows XP Machines to Windows 7 Enterprise, as well as Office 2013 to Office 365. The company has offices worldwide and from my understanding is the 6th largest company in the world. My schedule is 100% travel, leaving Sunday and coming home either Thursday evening or Friday morning. I am looking for another role, and it has to be local to Chicago but NOT Downtown Chicago. I recently got custody of my teenage son and being home and local is imperative. I prefer to drive to work, hence the reference to "NOT Downtown Chicago" for a few reasons, mainly based in the need to not rely on public transportation to get to and from work. Also, with now having my son living with me, I prefer to have the ability to get up and go if necessary. If you are looking for an extremely professional and technical mastermind, who can step right into any role from Desktop Support to Network Administration/Engineering and Exchange Administration/Engineering, I am your Man. If it's broken, I can fix it and I am known for my speed and efficiency and no nonsense approach to my job. The goal is to get the client up and running, and done so efficiently, they leave my desk appreciative of my services and confident the job is done. Usually it means the next time they have a problem with any technology based device, they ask for me by name. It's a curse sometimes, but I wouldn't have it any other way as I pride myself on customer service, prompt, and professional service. Show less
