Representative trials include favorable jury verdicts in claims of medical malpractice, breach of confidentiality, negligent hiring and supervision, premises liability, and general negligence. Frequent lecturer on behalf of hospitals, physician groups, and medical liability insurers on legal and risk management topics. Practice also includes defending individuals and corporate entities in claims involving product liability, commercial litigation, and breach of contract. In addition, practice includes serving as legal counsel for a hotline available to members of a nationwide organization of health and fitness clubs.
