Brian P. Douglass

I had the distinct honor of working with Mike at NAS Lemoore as he led the initial stages of facility planning for F-35C Lightning II integration and arrival. Mike is a consummate professional and trusted expert in planning, programming and beyond. He is a strategic thinker and team builder who engaged in all aspects of the program and kept the station on track to achieve mission. He is driven, enthusiastic, and thorough. He has a innate ability to articulate project scope up, down and across staffs. You simply cannot replace Mike with just one individual - it will require a team. Mike is now a dear friend and mentor - a true life coach. I highly recommend Mike for the most challenging assignments - he will foster a highly cohesive and effective team that will drive mission success in any organization. Success of the F-35C at NAS Lemoore will be directly tied to Mike's legacy. -Sincerely, Brian Douglass
