As a design/sales engineer I assisted sales representatives all over the country to get our product specified on projects. If a product required modifications to meet customer specifications I would review the physical and technical requirements to see if the modifications could be made to our product. I learned about numerous fabrication methods and the various electrical components used in lighting fixture design and application. I also traveled through the mid-west meeting with sales representatives and making product presentations to perspective clients.
