Michael was my mentor in the Opportunity Collective's Newcastle Women's Leadership Development Program. During our one on one mentoring sessions Michael was great at helping me figure out and focus on the things I needed to do to help me achieve my career goals. Michael is an approachable and honest mentor who's advice I value very highly. With his wealth of knowledge and experience I found it easy to accept his guidance as he always had a logical approach and was easy to have open and honest conversations with. I would highly recommend Michael and would not hesitate to ask him for advice in the future.
