1. Drafting and implementation of long term plans including the town Master Plan. Drafting and implementation of local land use regulations, for relevance to the Master Plan Goals and Objectives. 2. Prepares planning & administration of the department's operating budget. 10. Schedules and attends Public Hearings on formal applications of the Planning & Zoning Boards. 11. Maintains records of activity and development to assist other municipal departments on activity related to their departments. 12. Serves as a resource for the Town Administrator when software and hardware upgrades are proposed to ensure compatibility with the smooth functioning and operation of Planning Department systems and programs.
