As a SharePoint administrator I was solely responsible for the SharePoint 2007 and 2010 environment for the corporation, as well as the Intranet which runs in Apache and PHP. I was also responsible for the company websites including maintenance, layout and content management, and any additional pages that need creating. In my role I was also the administrator and primary contact for the international website. This involves liaising with our worldwide offices to find out their needs, personalizing the sites, pages and administering access to the content management system where needed.The Support aspect included backfilling 1st and 2nd Line requests during peak times as well as 3rd Line duties such as Active Directory maintenance company e-mail signature creation distribution and WebSense security management and deployment.This included day to day support requests as well when required.
