Propose remediation actions and communicate findings to management and audit organizations. • Manage specific projects, including compliance with the new Swiss Data Protection Law (nDSG), and participate in steering committees. • Act as CISO & Data Protection Officer, responsible for company-wide IT information security and primary contact for IT security matters. • Ensure business continuity management and operational resilience of the bank. • Serve as internal and external representative of the department for operational risk and internal control matters, engaging with external audit bodies and regulatory authorities like FINMA.
