I have worked with Michael for a long time, both at Weir and previously at Linatex. He is highly skilled in his knowledge of valves and also in all forms of rubber products. He is also competent in SAP and CRM. Although Michael has fantastic product knowledge, I think Michael's greatest strength is his commitment to customer service. He has a track record of building strong and long term relationships with customers based on his ability to consistently deliver a high level of customer support.
