  Communicate with officers in the field utilizing dispatch tools including Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems, OQ client, AWW, Mark 43, and additional tools in a timely manner. Take calls and requests from walk in citizens. Relay knowledge of legal codes, procedures, protocols, local geographical layout and maps to provide assistance to officers in the field. Multi task and maintain composure in stressful situations, and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
