Ensuring Goods, Spare Parts & Services delivery to Customers.• Checking via Inventory Management system if an items required by customer via Purchase order are available in the store.• Checking regularly via order follow up if indented materials are supplied and make them ready for delivery to customer/s.• Ensuring that delivery date of goods and services promised the customer are strictly adhered to.4. Costing of Projects and Services• In liaison with Technical and Finance carry out costing of Projects & materials as requested by clients.• Responsible for initiating all accurate invoicing of executed project and services. • Participate in post Project Audit and Recommendations • Participate in Technical departmental budgeting and budget meetings / control.5. Health, Safety & Environment.• Participate in SHE audit for the company either in the office, store & work sites
