Leading Indonesia Accounting Fair FEB UI into a new generation. This year, I concept 4 new divisions, alongside with my executive board members, in order to maximize human resources and work flow. The grand theme for the 24th IAF is Approaching Net Zero: Counteracting Climate Change to Enforce an Imperishable Impact. Focusing this year's event to bring in exposure about how we could counter climate change. As a servant leader, most of my time in IAF is filled with helping my team (executives, managers, and associates) on doing field work. Attending meetings with my team in order to make quick decisions in front of potential partners.

Joined the 23rd Indonesia Accounting Fair (IAF) as Staff of Operations. A brief about Indonesia Accounting Fair, it's an international event held under SPA FEB UI with main events ranging from accounting competition and business case competition. Above that, IAF also has pre-event seminar, international seminar, training, and company visits. It is the biggest and the oldest international-scale annual accounting event in Indonesia held by accounting students. As Staff of Operations, I assist on the success of IAF's technical sections, such as OBS framing for seminar, live streaming, zoom hosting, logistics, and also marketing calls towards vendors. At IAF's Pre-Event seminar (15th January 2022), I am given the trust to be the first operator, where I'm responsible for the OBS framing of speakers.Appreciation: Best Staff of Operations (1 December 2021)

Mentor

Being the mentors for newly admitted students of FEB UI with my partner. We handled a total of 27 mentees under the name of 17-IDR with 2 of them are students from outer-seas. This phase further enhances the experience & creativity of all groups competing in this year's KOMPeK. With positive feedback from participants and visitors saying how unique this phase is.

Joined the 24th KOMPeK FEB UI as a staff of Business Challenge Competition. A brief about KOMPeK, KOMPeK is the biggest national scale economic competition for all high school students across Indonesia. This year, KOMPeK brought out the theme "RECUPERATE: Recuperating National Economy to Actualize Indonesia’s Sustainable Future."As staff of Business Challenge Competition, I assist on the success of the Business Challenge Competition on the 24th KOMPeK. I contacted the jury for the rounds in Business Challenge Competition, making business cases for the high school students to solve on the Business Ideas round, and host the Business Challenge Competition with my colleague to make sure it runs smoothly.Appreciation: Best Staff of Business Case Division (27 January 2022)

I join the 8th Sarasehan Untuk Negeri (SERUNI) as a professional outsource recruit. A brief about SERUNI, SERUNI is an annual sociopolitical event held by the Department of Studies and Strategic Action BEM FEB UI. Holding this position, I ensure that the technical side of SERUNI's series of events runs well without any problem. I handled SERUNI's live streaming, zoom hosting, specialized equipment handling (such as camera angling, equipment positioning, sound system, cable management, and OBS framing), and logistics for everything needed by SERUNI alongside my team that consists of 9 people. Successfully directed all the technical flow for Seruni's chain of events, starting with the Pre-Event, a theatre show held offline on 29 October 2022 at Auditorium FEB UI. The show's actors were in collaboration with Himpunan Teater Ikatan Kesenian Jakarta (IKJ). Following the Pre-Event, The Grand Seminar of The 8th SERUNI was held offline on 19 November 2022 at UI Convention Center. The Grand Seminar was a huge success, inviting Mr. Sandiaga Uno and Mr. Ganjar Pranowo as the keynote speaker, with up to 300 participants attending the event directly at UI Convention Center and up to 200 participants attending the event virtually through Zoom.

Logistic Division Summer Internship

Worked as a part of the Logistics Division in Toyota Astra Motor headquarters on Jl. Laksda Yos Sudarso, Sunter II, Jakarta 14330. As a part of the Logistic Division, me and my team observed the area around the assembly area and see how to sort the part needed to assemble a car, utilizing the kanban system, the steps needed to ensure a car is properly assembled (QC) and how they're shipped to various dealerships.
