Currently work as a Software Support Consultant for Moveware LTD. My role encompasses providing customer focused support for both software and hardware platforms including internal IT and infrastructure assistance. I was instrumental in ensuring end to end resolution of issues, provided analysis of client site problems and was involved in software testing, client server health checks and client platform implementation. I gained experience supporting both Windows and Linux environments. I have strong experience of MySQL administration paired with understanding of writing SQL queries and scripting, most of which was gained using applications such as Crystal Reports. Also gained experience with Active Directory, which I had to use quite regularly as we have a lot of hosted clients.I am also the Mobi Expert for the EU, Mobi being the mobile app that is used in conjunction with the main software Moveware. I investigate and resolve bugs within the app, help scope and implement changes for new releases and provide support for all users who use the app.
