Aligned teams to mitigate disruptions and ensure full compliance with CSV needs by implementation of detailed testing and cutover plans. Led team and developed SDLC documentation for a pilot of a data quality metrics and dashboard effort that analyzes the quality of customer and physician related data contained in two separate data lakes. Dashboards consisted of 20 Tableau visualizations including 50+ metrics and links back to source repositories for exceptions correction.
