As an intern for Albert Kirby Jr, who was the democratic candidate for the North Carolina House of Representatives in District 22, which covered Sampson & Bladen Counties, I was responsible for recruiting volunteers for our Get Out The Vote Phone Banking Calls and leading the phone banking shifts for volunteers. I also helped Mr. Kirby keep track of donations that were pledged to him during his phone banking shifts for a short while as well.
