William Casey Boland

Michael was a excellent student in the research methods course in the higher education program at Baruch. Michael earned the highest marks through fantastic written assignments and meaningful engagement during class. His work is timely and applicable to the real world of higher education. He tackled this from a variety of angles, employing both qualitative and quantitative methodological approaches to answer his research questions. The quality of his work demonstrates his skills in pursuing these research methods as well as his innovative ideas on how to address pressing topics.

SP Jones

While with Osborne, Michael was the consummate professional. He provided excellent customer and employment engagement services to the participants. He also developed several Employer Partnerships that have hired (and continue to hire) Osborne graduates.
