• I am involved in driving key improvements to physical and information security protocols by collaborating with leadership staff to improve SOPs, General Orders, and Post Orders• I develop outstanding shift teams of 10+ security professionals through targeted training and mentoring while continuously championing organizational mission, values, and objectives to improve engagement• I created and developed training aids that help Security Police Officers find the locations of buildings and floorplans at ORNL• I provide protection for Special Nuclear Materials (SNM) and DOE’s security interests from theft, fire, sabotage, vandalism, unauthorized entry, and other acts that may adversely impact the Laboratory and National Security• I volunteer for technical writing tasks and improve the accuracy of Post and General Orders• I improve operations by working with team members and customers to find workable solutions
