Supporting the business and team at the Cary Arms in Babbacombe to re-open after the lockdown of 2021, with particular focus on revenue management, systems and people structure. This is one of the flagship properties in the portfolio of Peter de Savary and is iconic, unique and located right by the sea. This role supported me greatly with my re-location to the South West of England. Was promoted to Operations Director Hotel & Events in 2018 after joining this small group of hotels as General Manager, The Swan at Streatley & The Great House at Sonning, to manage the businesses in the start phase in 2014, lead the business through the transitional phase of development/refurbishments and launching a new brand/partnership, all whilst trading. A new restaurant & bar concept Coppa Club later rolled out across the entire estate. New M&E space was designed and developed, a city style concept to challenge the classic countryside hotels Show less

After the launch of The Great House at Sonning I joined The Swan at Streatley-on-Thames to do the same. The project was complex but the hotel, Coppa Club and M&E Spaces were successfully launched in 2019. The Swan also operated a Gym with Yoga Studio and Spa facilities. The amazing riverside location was also used for plenty of water sport activities. I was promoted to Operations Director Hotels in 2018.

Joined The Great House at Sonning-on-Thames when it was acquired in 2014 to manage the business up to the start of the refurbishment (around 6 months) and throughout. Firstly a new restaurant & bar concept Coppa Club was launched in 2015, Sonning-on-Thames was it's 1st location. the 2nd phase was the design and development of the new M&E space and bedrooms, both were successfully launched in 2016. I then moved to The Swan at Streatley to manage the refurbishment project and launch.
