Initial focus was on mapping out the fundamental end to end process with a business SME, then developing a template solution for the simplest type of request, which could then be enhanced for the more complex request types. An overall benefit of 8FTE was realised once the robot was fully embedded in to the business; • Secondary accountabilities included working with partners from EY on several back office processes.
