In my time working with Michael, I have seen him excel in meeting and exceeding his stated goals and tasks. When my department was shorthanded offsite he was willing to assist us until we hired a replacement at that location. He immediately picked up on the basics and nuances of the duties of my group and managed to step into a role that normally takes over a month of training to prepare for while at the same time meeting all his tasks for his team as well. Not only was he the reason my department met its goals on the days he assisted us, but he also located several areas of improvement in our workflows that have saved us time and money. If you need a competent man on your team who can multitask, learn quickly, and contribute to your team, I would recommend Michael Feiler without reservation.
